09/28/16   Fordyce Woman Arrested For Domestic Violence And Public Intoxication

A Fordyce woman has been charged following a domestic dispute at 634 Cherry Bark Road on September 20. According to a report filed by officer Bryce McKinney of the Fordyce Police Department, Johnathon Ferrell made the complaint against 49 year old Holli Jones. Ferrell told McKinney when Jones came home she slapped Jeffrey East in the face and walked off to her room threatening everyone else.

Following interviews with all concerned, McKinney informed Jones she was under arrest for domestic violence and public intoxication. During a search at the police department, investigators found some drug paraphernalia and Xanax bars, a plastic bag was found containing meth and some pills.

Jones was then charged with possession of meth, possession of Xanax and  possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones is to appear in October 13.
