80 year old Johnnie B. Bellew of Rison died Thursday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He served 20 year in the U.S. Army, retiring at the rank of E-7. He did tours in Japan, Korea, Turkey and Vietnam.

Graveside services will be held at 10 this morning at Rowell Cemetery near Rison with Bro Thomas Lanthrip officiating. Buie Funeral Home of Rison in charge of arrangements.
