09/21/16   Dallas County Judge Appoints Committee To Deal With Granny's House Issue

Dallas County Judge Jimmy Jones appointed three JP'S to serve on a  committee comprised of three Dallas County JP's and three Fordyce City Councilmen to try to resolve the Granny's House clean up and ownership issue. Judge Jones says he's ready to get something done on the issue.

Fordyce Mayor John McNichol says he has three people in mind to serve on the committee but since he hadn't talked to them yet didn't want to reveal their names last night.

McNichol says he hopes the committee can get some answers as to what happened to Granny's House.

Judge Jones, Mayor McNichol and attorney Tom Wynne will attend all the committee meetings and sort of lead the discussion.
