09/21/16   Appeals On Wheels Tomorrow In Fordyce

“Appeals on Wheels” will be rolling into the Fordyce Civic center tomorrow to hear a case involving the constitutionality of traffic checkpoints instituted by State Police and other law enforcement agencies. Oral arguments will begin at 10am tomorrow morning before the Supreme court justices, including Fordyce native Robin Wynne. We asked Dallas county Sheriff Stan McGehee what part his department is playing in the event tomorrow.
