09/16/16   Keri Welch Rates Ouachita County Fair "Very Good"

On KQ-102.3's "Bearden Brunch Bunch" broadcast, Ouachita County Extension agent Keri Welch said she'd rate this year's fair “very good”. Welch works closely with 4-H groups in the county and talked about awards that 4-H and FFA members received as a result of their participation in this year's fair.
