09/16/16 Freddie Preston Retiring From Bearden Fire Department

The Bearden Fire Department will be holding a retirement party for a veteran of the department. In An interview with CoatesMedia.Com , Fire Marshall Tim Rogers told us that Freddie Preston, a 23 year volunteer fire department veteran, will be honored at a party on October 4 at 7pm. There will be refreshments served.

Rogers said on October 15, the department will be hosting a political rally and anyone running for office is encouraged to come and be heard.

Also in the interview, Rogers talked about a grant the department recently received.

Rogers also made a plea for more help.
