Fordyce police only made four arrests between September 5 and 12. Kaneisha Jones of El Dorado and Kaylynn Marie Olvey of Bearden were charged with failure to appear. Terrance Smith of Carthage was charged with contempt of court and Virginia Jackson of New Edinburg was charged with failure to pay fines.
