09/15/16   Bearden's Jana McWhorter Honored

Jana Graham-McWhorter of Bearden recently was named the Arkansas Association for Career and Technical Education Teacher of the Year at the ACTE state conference.

Jana is a business education teacher at Bearden High School. She has served on the ABEA Executive Board for six years and the ACTE Executive Board for one year. She earned the honor to represent Arkansas and compete for the ACTE Region IV Teacher of the Year in Biloxi, Mississippi in April.
