The Ouachita County Quorum Court met last night to conduct the county's business. There were only three items acted on by the court under new business.

An appropriations ordinance amending a previous one appropriated $10,000.00 in the general fund department of human services budget for plumbing and electrical needs.

The JP's approved an appropriations ordinance that appropriated $11,010.52 in anticipated General Revenue Funds for the County Clerk, Assessor and Collectors budgets for various expenses.

And an appropriations ordinance was passed in the amount of $3,000.00 for miscellaneous expenses. Those funds were taken from anticipated revenue in the Amendment 79 fund.
