09/07/16   Ten Drug Charges Filed Against Bearden Man

 

A Bearden man has been charged in Circuit Court in Camden on 10 felony violations, all drug related. Deputy Prosecutor R. Jeffrey Sawyer filed the charges August 26,  against 45 year old Paul W. Pardue of 283 Ouachita 233 near Bearden. The charges date back to February of this year.

Pardue is charged with two counts of delivery of meth or cocaine, three counts related to records and maintaining premises for the sale of drugs. He's charged with two counts of simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, one count of possession of meth or cocaine with the purpose to deliver, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Five of the offenses occurred in February, the remainder on July 28. The investigation was conducted by Drug Task Force officers working with informants.
