According to Fordyce Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, Fordyce police made a total of 11 arrests between August 22 and August 29.

Included in the incidents was one on August 23. Officer Mark Hopkins arrested Richard Hugh Blankenship of Fordyce and charged him with DWI, careless and prohibited driving, failure to wear a seat belt and no liability insurance.

August 25, officer Chad Hubanks arrested Mollie Elizabeth Meritt of Fordyce and charged her with violation of the Arkansas hot check law.

Other charges included a contempt charge filed by officer Chad Hubanks on August 23 against Nicholas Lynn Hart of Kingsland.

Failure to appear charges were made against Doyle Clary of Fordyce on August 23, filed by officer Chad Hubanks, and against Michael Todd Cleamons of Bearden by officer Michael Rhodes.

Miguel Vargass Sanchez of Fordyce was cited for failure to appear on August 25 by officer Charles Still.

August 27, officer Chris Goss cited Christopher D. Crosby of Fordyce with failure to appear.

August 27, officer Chris Goss cited Billie A. Repollet of Fordyce for  writing a hot check.

Officer Bryce McKinney on August 27 cited Michael Lamar Morris of Fordyce on 7 separate violations, Possession of a schedule 4 narcotic with the purpose to deliver, tampering with physical evidence, two citations for no signal lights, having fictitious tags on his vehicle, failure to pay a registration fee and possession of drug paraphernalia.
