Funeral services will be held this morning at 10 at Ouachita Baptist Church for 65 year old James Phillip “Phil” McMullen of Sparkman, who died at his home on Saturday. 

He was retired from the Dallas County Road Department. Burial will be at Chapel Hill cemetery. Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce in charge of arrangements.
