According to Fordyce Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, officers made just 4 arrests between August 15 and 23.

August 17, Officer Chad Hubanks cited Ronnie R. Pennington of Fordyce with driving a junked or unlicensed vehicle.

August 18, Brian Clark Barner of Fordyce was charged by officer Charles Still with failure to appear in court.

August 22, Officer Bryce McKinney arrested Keon Lashawn Jackson ofHot Springs and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.
