83 year old Herbert Scroggins of Cleveland County died at his home on Friday. He owned and operated his farm for many years and worked as a logging contractor.

Funeral services will be held this morning at 11 at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church near Humphrey with burial at Frazier Cemetery. Reverend Jackie Richardson will officiate the service. Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
