07/26/16   District Court In Bearden

 

District Judge Dan Ives held court in Bearden on July 16.  According to court records Michael Arnold of Bearden failed to appear in court as ordered on a criminal trespass charge. The judge set bond at $500.00. The charges were filed against Arnold on June 12 by Bearden police officer Jared Brownlee.

Derek Berry of Bearden had his case reset for August 8. On June 21, Berry was cited by officer Dustin Vaughn with failure to stop at a stop sign.

Richard Berry of Bearden paid $145.00 in district court on a speeding charge. That citation was issued by officer Dustin Vaughn on July 4.

Amanda Foust of Camden had her case settled our of court on a charge of theft of property.

Joseph Labeff of Thornton owes the city $1,691.00 in unpaid fines. Judge Ives suspended a 30 days sentence for Labeff providing he pays his fines and court costs in a timely fashion.

Johnny Link of Bearden failed to appear in court on July 16 on a charge of driving an ATV on a public roadway and running a stop sign. A warrant was issued for Link's arrest on July 22. Judge Ives set cash bond of $750.00 on each charge.

Veronique McDaniel of Bearden was cited by City Marshall John Ainsworth on January 1,  for disorderly conduct. She had her case reset for August 8.

Judge Dan Ives bound over to circuit court the case of Samantha Miller of Bearden who had been charged with theft of property. The judge stated the value of the theft exceeds misdemeanor amounts. The case dates back to May. A cash bond of $1,000.00 was set by the judge.

Jimmy Nussey of Bearden had his case reset to August 8. According to court records, Nussey owes $1,205.00 in old fines.

Christi Olvera of Bearden failed to appear in court on driving on a suspended license and driving without liability insurance. An arrest warrant was issued and cash bond of $1,000.00 on each charge.
