From the incident reports from Fordyce Police officers, on July 3, officer John Cutrell arrested Nicholas Charles Robinson of Fordyce and charged him with driving on a suspended license, failure to have liability insurance and driving on expired tags.

Officer Chad Hubanks on July 3 arrested Derrick L. Cones of Fordyce and charged him with shoplifting.

Angel Ankeny, address not listed was arrested on July 3 by officer Michael Rhodes and charged with driving on a suspended license.

Antonio Bernard Davis of Rison, Bruce Owens of Fordyce, Aaron Washington of Fordyce, Kathryn Reed of New Edinburg, Waylon Charles Morris of Smackover and Lester Nolan of Hermitage were all charged with failure to appear.
