Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 13th Judicial District..Division 4, Phillip A. Stone filed charges of aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree domestic battery and interference with emergency communication against 39 year old Marcus Snider of Camden. The charges were filed May 26 and came about from an incident that occurred between Snider and a woman with whom he'd had a relationship with for 8 years. The victim said they had planned to marry in June. The victim told investigators that Snider saw her in her uncle's house with another man and it set him off.

42 year old Jarnard J. McCree of Camden was charged by Stone with violation of the omnibus DWI act, possession of a controlled substance, driving without insurance, drinking in public and driving on a suspended license. The charges resulted from a traffic stop. A check of McCree's driving record revealed he had 5 DWI's in the past 5 years.

22 year old Tatjana S. Bolovic of Little Rock was stopped by State Police on Highway 7 in Camden for speeding 84 in a 65. A check on her record indicated she was on probation for a prescription drug possession charge. When a search of Bolovic's vehicle was made, the officer charged Bolovic with  possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI-drugs, not wearing a seat belt, no insurance and possession of marijuana. Prosecutor Stone filed those charges against Bolovic in Circuit Court in Camden.

Deputy prosecutor R. Jeffrey Sawyer filed charges of residential burglary, 3rd degree domestic battery and public intoxication against 49 year old Hosea A. Stevens of Camden after Stevens broke into the home of a former girl friends house. The charges were filed June 10. Sawyer indicated he'll seek to have Stevens tried under the habitual criminal act to allow the judge to tack on additional jail time to the sentence.
