Brother Roy Gene King of Rison passed away Friday at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was 71.

He was a retired employee of the Cleveland County Road Department and was currently pastor of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 at Buie Funeral Chapel in Rison with Brother Tom Lamb and Brother Robert Long officiating. interment at New Hope Cemetery at Rison. Visitation will be from 6-8pm this evening at Buie's.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Buie Funeral Home of Rison in charge of arrangements.
