06/27/16    Catfish Noodle Demonstration July 5 At Dallas County Library

Dallas County Extension agent Keith Gresham will be at the Dallas County Library Tuesday, July 5 at 6pm teaching anyone that's interested how to make a catfish noodle. What's a catfish noodle? Gresham says its similar to jug fishing.

Gresham says the fish can take the noodles under water but they can't keep them under. To get signed up for the special program, call the library at 870-352-3592.
