06/24/16   Dr. Payne Closing His Fordyce Medical Clinic At End Of June

Dallas County Medical Center administrator, Tammy Rieves told Quorum Court members on Monday night that Dr. Michael Payne is closing his office and heading overseas for military duty. Rieves says negotiations are ongoing to hire four doctors for the hospital.

Rieves was asked if the doctors will be moving to Fordyce.

Rieves also mentioned that she hasn't heard anymore from the folks at St. Vincent's in Little Rock that talked to her about a possible partnership agreement.
