On his latest visit to KQ-102.'s "South Arkansas Today"  broadcast, Fordyce Superintendent of schools Dr. Albert Snow said despite all the negatives you hear about public education nowadays, there's still a lot of positive things taking place.

Snow had a word of advise for parents.
