06/8/16   Suspicious Death In Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff detectives have a suspicious death under investigation. According to Public Information Officer Lt. David Price, officers discovered a 65 year old female on the floor of a residence at 202 West 19^th yesterday morning shortly before 11am. The woman was unresponsive.

Jefferson Deputy county coroner Eric Belcher pronounced the woman dead shortly afterward. The body was sent to the state crime lab to determine cause of death.

Price said the name of the woman and any other details about her death will not be released until cause of death is determined.
