05/09/16   Attorney General Leslie Rutledge one of Newmax's most influential female Republicans.

According to a story written by John Blosser of Newsmax, despite the  oft-repeated line from the left that Republicans are conducting a “war on women” the GOP is filled with strongly principled women and many traditional conservatives who make their voices heard loud and clear.

The National Federal of Republican Women numbers are lose to 100,000 members nationwide, and conservative females are heavily represented in state, local and federal government. One was even in the running for president this cycle.

Newsmax has compiled a list of 50 of the most influential female Republicans who will play a key role in shaping America's future. Sarah Palin is listed number one. Leslie Rutledge is number 50. Rutledge was elected Attorney General in 2014. She supported Mike Huckabee in his latest presidential bid.
