Sixty-five year old Phyllis Crutchfield Selby of Herbine died on Tuesday at the Bradley County Medical Center.

She was a poultry farmer for many years. In her early years she was a registered nurse and worked at the Cleveland County Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 at Prosperity Cemetery in Rison with Brother Jim Puckett officiating. Funeral arrangements by Buie Funeral Home of Rison. .
