Criminal charges have been brought in Ouachita County Circuit Court by 13th Judicial District deputy prosecutor Phillip A. Stone against two Bearden residents.

Twenty five year old Marcus A. Harbour of Bearden was charged with  possession of a controlled substance. According to court filings, on March 20 Camden police were dispatched to the Holiday Inn on a disturbance call. Police were advised a vehicle with the suspect left the area. Police caught up with the vehicle at the Taco Bell lot and made contact with Marcus Harbour who told investigating officers he and his girl friend had gotten into an argument and he left. Police searched Harbour's vehicle and found a pill bottle containing two morphine sulfate pills and six methadone pills, both schedule II narcotics. Harbour was taken into custody.

Stone also filed charges of passing hot checks on 23 year old Kaylynn Olvey of Bearden. She is alleged to have passed four hot checks between September 15 and 20.

In other charges filed in Ouachita County Circuit Court, 18 year old Tycorian Tyshawn McDaniel, also known as Pootie and his 21 year old cousin Jalynne Javaughn Bates, both of Camden have been charged with aggravated robbery. They allegedly lured Daniel Williams to a residence in Camden on the pretense of selling a TV to Williams but instead held a gun and knife on him and took a hundred dollars from him.
