04/14/16   Cemetery Workshop To Be Held Monday

A basic cemetery maintenance and safety workshop will be held this Monday evening, April 18^th at 6pm at the Chambersville Volunteer Fire Department on Calhoun County Road 72 at Thornton. Holly Hope, special projects historian for the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program is the featured speaker. Dallas County Extension Agent Keith Gresham talks about the Workshop.

Gresham says there is no charge to attend but he does request that you contact the Dallas County Extension Service office at 870-352-3505 if you plan to attend so they can have an adequate amount of needed materials.

On another subject, Gresham says the Multi-county Feral Hog Workshop held this past Tuesday, at the Fordyce Civic Center,  was a big success. There were 56 people in attendance from 11 different counties.
