In Ouachita County Circuit court, deputy prosecutor Phillip A. Stone filed charges of DWI, driving with a suspended license, drinking in public and driving on the wrong side of the street on a one way street at speeds up to 85 miles per hour. The charges were filed against 39 year old Kenyatta Honeycutt of Camden. Honeycutt was asked by a State Trooper if he had been drinking and he replied that he had. The Trooper asked him why he was driving and Honeycutt said he just wanted to get to Camden to pick up his son. He was arrested and taken to jail.

On March 4, 2016, 36 year old Daniel D. Allen of Camden was charged by Camden police with aggravated assault on a family member and terroristic threatening. The charges stemmed from an altercation between Allen and his grandfather. A witness stated Allen threatened several times to kill his grandfather with a baseball bat. When police arrived Allen was in possession of the bat and refused to give it up until the officer drew his gun. Allen was charged in Ouachita County Circuit Court by deputy prosecutor Phillip A. Stone.
