03/22/16   Arkansas Rehabilitation Services Will Hold Public Forum For The Deaf

Next Tuesday, March 29, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services will hold a public forum for the deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing and professionals and service providers and anyone who has an interest to attend at the Texarkana Community College Levi Hall Conference Room in Texarkana, Texas. The forum gets underway at 10am and concludes at 4pm. Angela Moss with the A-R-S office in Eldorado was a guest on KQ-102.3's South Arkansas Sunrise yesterday and explained  the forum.
