Tomorrow is primary runoff election day. In Cleveland County, there's a runoff between two candidates vying for the alderman, ward 1, position one seat on the Kingsland City Council. The incumbent, Sharon Crosby is in a runoff against Tieatha Spencer. Both are democrats.
