03/16/16   Bearden Man Looking At Negligent Homicide Charges From Auto Accident

Multiple felony charges have been filed in Dallas County Circuit court in Fordyce against 29 year old Korey Duane Rabion of Bearden. Prosecuting Attorney David Butler filed the charges March 4.

Rabion is charged with negligent homicide, failure to stop after an injury accident, driving on a suspended license and driving while intoxicated.

The charges are the result of a head-on crash on state highway 128 near Holly Springs on November 1, 2015. Wayne Thompson and Ashley Webb were both killed instantly in the crash.

Rabion was on parole at the time of the crash and has two prior convictions for DWI and driving on a suspended license.
