03/16/16   Two Charged In Dallas County Circuit Court

A 28 year old Fordyce man has been charged in Dallas County Circuit Court on charges of breaking and entering and theft of property. The charges were filed on February 24 against Vinicio Bronte Hubbard. Hubbard is alleged to have broken into an electronics security room at Wal-Mart on November 2 and 14. Each time lap top computers were taken. The loss was estimated to be over $1,100.00.

On February 26, charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession  of drug paraphernalia we levied against Jacob Allen Warnack of Bearden. The charges were filed following a traffic stop in Fordyce. During a search of the vehicle Warnack was driving at the time of his arrest, hydromorphone was discovered along with drug paraphernalia. Warnack did not have a drivers  license and had been cited a week earlier for not having a drivers license.
