03/01/16   Camden Woman Dies In One Car Accident

A 44 year old Camden woman died on a one car crash on Sunday morning on State Highway 9.

According to a preliminary State Police report, a 2007 Dodge Nitro, driven by Marnie Rowe of Camden was north bound on highway 9, when she lost control of the vehicle she was driving and crossed the center line, traveling off the road into a ditch and then colliding with a driveway embankment. The vehicle then went airborne and smashed into two nearby trees. The car came to a rest in the ditch and overturned.

Rowe was pronounced dead at the scene. Weather conditions were clear..the roadway dry at the time of the accident Sunday morning at 8:42. Corporal Billy Walker of the State Police investigated the accident.
