03/01/16   Goldman Death Ruled Homicide

A Pine Bluff woman's death has been ruled a homicide by the State Crime Lab. Maranda Goldman went missing last year after her car was found near a business in Pine Bluff where she had intended to apply for work.

Goldman's body was found following a tip to police in an outlying area at Pine Bluff. No immediate ruling was made at the time of death and her body was sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy.

According to a news release from Lt. David Price of the Pine Bluff Police Department, although the death has been ruled a homicide, the cause of death is undetermined. Price says the Pine Bluff Police detective division is still working on the case.
