Devan Lewis Pennington of El Dorado, infant son of Kevin Pennington and Jennifer Obarr, both of El Dorado, died February 20. He was born a day earlier in Little Rock. A graveside service will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2pm at Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.

A fund has been established for the family for funeral and medical expenses. If you'd like to donate, there are collection locations set up including The Corner in Bearden.
