02/05/16   Get Fit Rally

The 1^st annual Get Fit Rally will be held Wednesday of next week, the  February 10, at the Ouachita County Extension office from 10am till noon.  According to the Extension Office, this will be an opportunity to meet with other extension Get Fit members in Ouachita County.

The two hour workshop is filled with information on new exercises, exercise safety and membership-recruitment tools. Anyone interested is urged to register by today. For more information, call 231-1160.
