02/03/16   William Brooks Bailey Arrested For Attempting To Pass Contraband

According to the Dallas County Sheriff's office, on November 3, 32 year old William Brooks Bailey of Fordyce was caught on video at the Dallas County Detention Center attempting to pass contraband to inmates.

Bailey visited Ewin Ruth and during the visit Bailey handed Ruth 3 packs of cigarettes. Bailey was also seen on video throwing 7 cigarettes and a lighter to inmate Korey Rabion.

Bailey was arrested after guards  observed what had happened.
