01/27/16   A Recent Meeting Answers Questions Concerning Bearden's Sewer Project

A town hall meeting to discuss the city of Bearden's multi-million dollar sewer project and rate structure was held prior to the city council meeting earlier in the month..a representative of the Franks Engineering firm of Texarkana, Robin Rice was present to answer questions from residents..and Mayor Iva Lou Stoker fielded questions as well. Bearden Mayor Iva Stoker fielded such questions as how long it would take to complete the project and would anyone be without service during that time.

At the Bearden City Council's next meeting in February, the new rates will be presented.
