01/27/16   Two Charged In Bailey Bottle Shop Armed Robbery

Paul Contres Dotson of Dermott and David Moore of Fordyce have been charged in Dallas County Circuit Court in the armed robbery of Bailey's Bottle Shop in Fordyce on November 17.

According to the charges filed by Deputy Prosecutor Tom Wynne, Dotson is charged with aggravated robbery and fleeing. Moore is charged with aggravated robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a defaced firearm.

Wynne will petition the court to have both men tried under the habitual criminal statute that allows for additional jail time.
