Funeral services for 93 year old James Clarence “Junior” Freer of Ivan will be held this morning at 10 at Benton Funeral Home Chapel in Fordyce. Freer died Saturday at St. John's Place in Fordyce.

He was a retired businessman and served on the Dallas County Quorum Court for 36 years, leaving the position in 2013.
