01/21/16   Highway Department To Make It Easier To View Bear Bryant Home Place

The highway department has agreed to make some improvements on highway 8 near the Bear Bryant home place that will make it easier for Paul “Bear” Bryant fans to get some pictures. Fordyce Chamber executive director Barbara Finley told us about it on a recent South Arkansas Today broadcast on KQ-102.3.

Finley says the chamber has been coordinating the project and she says Dallas and Cleveland County officials have been cooperating on the project with the highway department. Finley told us the Bryant family is considering adding some sort of photo op at the site, just exactly what that will be hasn't been decided.
