A former Bradley County Clerk has died in Warren, eighty-nine year old Ioma S. McKinney. Mckinney died Sunday. She was Bradley County Clerk for twenty years. After her retirement, she fulfilled a life long dream and visited all 50 states as well as several trips abroad.

Visitation will be this evening from 6-8pm at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren with graveside services at 10 tomorrow morning at Oakland Cemetery with Brother Rocky Goodwin officiating. Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren in charge of arrangements.
