01/05/16   Anthony Timberlands Open After Only Two Days Following Fire

Anthony Timberlands in Bearden was open for business yesterday morning, just a couple days after a fire destroyed a band mill at the plant. Anthony Timberlands President Steve Anthony said anyone who saw the fire and the destruction caused by it would never have believed the mill would be open for business on Monday morning.

Anthony described what's inside the band mill.

In the same interview we asked Anthony about the possibility of a billion dollar pulp mill locating in South Arkansas, he said he didn't think it was a done deal yet.

Anthony said such a plant would be advantageous to his company and every land owner with pulp wood. He said the big obstacle to be overcome by Sun Paper would be environmental red tape.
