12/30/15   An Arrest Made In Connection With The Murder Of Derrick Matthews

A person of interest has been arrested in the shooting death of 33 year old Derrick Matthews of Pine Bluff. Matthew's body was found in a vehicle near the intersection of 10^th Avenue and Palm Street in Pine Bluff early yesterday morning. He had been shot to death.

Lt. David Price, information officer at the Pine Bluff Police Department says Trevion Dickson of Pine Bluff was taken into custody yesterday afternoon without incident. It's not known at this time whether or not charges will be filed against Dickson.
