12/25/15   Dallas County Judge Jimmy Jones Talks About Billion Dollar Pulpwood Mill In South Arkansas

In an interview on KQ-102.3's South  Arkansas Today on Wednesday, Dallas County Judge Jimmy Jones talked about  a billion dollar pulpwood mill in South Arkansas and the fact that the location has not been revealed.

We asked the judge if he felt the plant would hurt smaller plants located in South Arkansas.
