12/17/15   New Charges Filed Against Camden Woman After Escaping From Patrol Car

Charges of 3^rd degree escape , failure to submit to arrest and public intoxication  have been filed in Dallas County Circuit court against 23 year old Hannah Marie Olivarez of Camden.

The charges are the result of an arrest made on November 13 by Dallas County Deputy Ryan Coleman. Coleman stated in his report he was on patrol in Sparkman when he spotted Olivarez and realized there was a warrant for her arrest.

Coleman arrested Olivarez and placed her in handcuffs and put her in the back of his patrol car. When Colman went to get Olivarez' belongings she somehow managed to get in the front seat of the patrol car, open the door and run. She made it about 75 yards before Coleman was able to bring her back intoxication custody, resisting all the way.

Olivarez told Coleman she was high on pills and would commit suicide in jail.
