12/11/15   Holly Springs Incident Results In Arrest of Tina Sample

According to a Dallas County incident reported dated November 27, deputy Ryan Coleman was dispatched to Phyllis Key's residence in Holly Springs... where he came in contact with Tina Sample, sitting in a chair on the carport and according to Coleman's report Sample appeared to be impaired on some type of drug or intoxicant.

Sample couldn't answer Coleman's questions correctly and when he searched her purse he found a bottle of Fluoxetine, which were her mother's pills, and a baggie containing Xanax pills and another half a pill that could not be identified.

Coleman put Sample in his vehicle to transport her to the Dallas County Detention Center for booking.  On the way to jail, Sample somehow managed to get in the front seat of Coleman's unit,  grab the pills and attempt to hide them. The pills were located and once arriving at jail EMT's were called to exam Sample. It was decided she was either high, drunk or both.

She was charged with possession of a schedule four narcotic and public intoxication.
