12/09/15   Murder Suspect Faces More Charges Following Jail Break In Ouachita County

Commercial burglary and the theft of a vehicle have been filed in Ouachita County Circuit Court against 20 year old Austin Albert Hill of Camden, who's awaiting his day in court on a capital murder charge from 2014.

The charges against Hill filed in court last week are the result of his actions following his escape from the Ouachita County Detention facility earlier this year.  Hill escaped wearing nothing but boxer shorts and white socks and eluded law enforcement officers for about a week before being apprehended in a stolen car in Bryant after he ran out of gas.

Hill was charged with the theft of a 1962 Ford Galaxy 500 belonging to Wood's Place in Camden and breaking and entering, that occurred September 14. On that same date, Hill is alleged to have broken into a church on Agee street and evidence revealed that Hill cooked and ate some rice in the church.  He was charged with commercial burglary and theft of property for that incident.
