12/02/15   Fordyce Woman Faces Criminal Drug Charges

A 38 year old Fordyce woman has had criminal drug charges filed against her in Dallas County Circuit court by Deputy Prosecutor Tom Wynne. 

Stephanie Broughton is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.  The charges came following a search of a vehicle Broughton occupied that was stopped by law enforcement officers in Fordyce.  A search of Broughton revealed a digital scale, two loaded syringes, one empty one, two baggies of meth and a can containing 6 hydrocodone tablets.  The incident occurred on September 17.
