11/23/15   Proper Way To Thaw A Thanksgiving Turkey

If you're planning on serving turkey for Thanksgiving, remember it takes quite a long time to thaw one out.  On the Bearden Brunch Bunch earlier in the month, Ouachita County family and consumer science agent Adie Wilson discussed two ways to thaw turkey.

Wilson said there is a quicker way to thaw out the bird.
