11/23/15   Bearden Man faces Several Charges Following Traffic Stop

Several charges were filed against a 29 year old Bearden man as the result of a traffic mishap on November 13^th.  According to a report released by Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, Officer Chad Hubanks stopped a vehicle driven by Waaschad Jacobs of Bearden.  Jacobs was charged with DWI, driving with no insurance,  refusal to submit, following too close, no drivers license in his possession and leaving the scene of an accident.
